The Daas organization was established in 1982 . At that time, the company was called Agro-Noa. The company Daas was established to produce processing and packaging houses for citrus products.

In 1998, Daas Technologies, LLC was founded. Daas Technologies, LLC is registered in the state of Illinois and headquartered in Naperville, Illinois (U.S.A.).
